Accessible Housing Corporation of South Hampton Roads (AHC) is a volunteer non profit organization whose members are dedicated to building independent living, accessible housing for low income persons with mobility impairments, primarily wheelchair users.

Our first project, The Anchorage, is pictured above to the left. It consists of 25 apartments designed specifically for wheelchair accessibility and opened for occupancy in 1999.

Our second project, The Sanderling, pictured above to the right, is a 20 unit building in the Campostella Square section of Chesapeake was completed in December 2005.
